Today my boss gave me an iriver, which is a really cool mp3 player. Mine holds 6 gigs of storage (that’s right, not just mp3s!), it has a color screen, and a bunch of other cool stuff. It has picture and text viewers for files that I put on there. The FM Radio on it is pristine on all the stations I listen to. The battery life is 12 hours which is excellent. And the best thing is everything came out of the box! I might consider buying cool accessories later, but for now, I don’t need to!

Abs Diet

For a while I’ve been trying to workout more and eat better. I’ve found a program that I think is going to work out (no pun intended!). It’s called the Abs Diet. It’s kind of like Body for Life, but for several personal reasons, I like it better. It’s not a fad diet like most other programs–it’s based on principles that really work. I’ll be putting up my thoughts and results and we’ll see how it goes.
